The OPTIONS In-Home Meals Program (home-delivered meals) delivers well-balanced, appetizing meals to adults 60 years of age or older.
Eligibility
Older adults who are nutritionally at-risk, are physically or mentally unable to obtain food or prepare meals and who have no one willing or able to prepare nutritious meals for them are eligible for this service.

- Fill out the online Google form
Once we receive the form, staff will call the person needing help to gather more information and start the process.
