OPTIONS In-Home Services assists older adults who need help with personal care, home management, nutritious meals, or quick access to help in an emergency.
Services are delivered in the person’s home. Our care management staff coordinate the planning, arrangement and delivery of services.
Personal Care
Personal Care includes assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, or grooming.
Home Support
Home Support services help with home management activities like laundry, shopping, or light housecleaning.
Home Delivered Meals

Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS)
A Personal Emergency Response system is an electronic device that allows older adults at high risk for falls or other sudden medical events to call for emergency medical help from anywhere in their home.
Eligibility
- Adults aged 60 or older whose physical and/or mental status affects their ability to meet their daily needs are eligible for OPTIONS.
- The program serves individuals who are ineligible for Medical Assistance Long-Term Services and Supports.
