Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides seniors who are 60 years and older and meet federal income guidelines access to fresh, nutritious, produce from approved farmers in Pennsylvania.
Eligible seniors will receive $50 worth of vouchers (five $10 vouchers) that can be exchanged for Pennsylvania-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs at farmers' markets.
Vouchers are redeemable June 1, 2024, through November 30, 2024.
Applications submitted through regular mail and email must be received by September 15, 2024. If more responses are received than funding allows, you will be notified by mail. Mail-in applications can be sent to:

If an eligible senior is physically unable to attend a distribution event in person, a proxy can act in their place. If assigning a proxy or representative to pick up for you, the proxy form is required. The proxy form must be taken to a distribution site in the county the participant resides; PROXY FORMS CANNOT BE MAILED OR EMAILED. Please complete the proxy form in its entirety prior to going to the distribution site.
